A mango sandwich is a quick and easy dish that can be a perfect solution to all those weird hunger pangs and midnight cravings. That’s not all. You can also consider adding a mango sandwich to your weekend brunch during the summer. This recipe is very similar to the popular Japanese strawberry sando (sandwich). To make a mango bun, we need slices of mangoes (preferably refrigerated for some time), mango puree, cream, powdered sugar, slices of bread and cardamom powder (optional). Easy Mango Sandwich Recipe | To make mango sandwich:
- To start, take the cream in a mixing bowl.
- To this, add icing sugar, cardamom powder and mango puree.
- Mix everything together and place in the fridge for 30 minutes. You can prepare this spread in advance and store it in the store.
- Now take two slices of bread and cut off the edges.
- Spread the mango cream on the bread slices and place the mangoes on one slice of bread and cover with the other.
- Cut the sandwich off the center and enjoy.
It’s a cold sandwich. So you can always prepare it in advance, cover well with cellophane or regular food paper and keep it in the fridge for a few hours. But always remember that mango sandwich tastes best when freshly prepared.
