When you substitute cream in a recipe, you have many options, from store-bought non-dairy creams to coconut milk. Another great way to use a non-dairy alternative in recipes is to use cashew cream. This is different from cashew milk because cashew milk is much more liquid than cashew cream. Cashew cream is soaked cashews that are blended into a luxurious cream that can be used in place of heavy dairy cream or as a cheesy base for a recipe.
